Playrix is one of the top 3 mobile gaming companies in the world known for its free-to-play mobile games. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Playrix supports remote work – that’s why many employees work from Cyprus and Armenia.
When the Playrix team reached out to us, they were looking for creative promotional merchandise and custom corporate gifts for their company fests in Dublin, Limassol, and Yerevan. Together, we brainstormed a selection of branded promotional items that would be both memorable and practical — a perfect balance between creativity and everyday use.

Each product was turned into personalised merchandise, featuring the Playrix logo or the company mascot. For some items, such as lanyards and towels, our design team created exclusive branded prints.
Fun fact: the towels had a zipper so they could be easily packed into a small bag. We created a pattern that was seen both packed and unpacked. That solution made the item even more branded than in its first version.

Complex international logistics made simple
One of the key challenges was managing promotional merchandise production and delivery across multiple countries.
- Silicone keychains were produced in the UK
- Towels, raincoats, and umbrellas — in the Netherlands
- Felt organisers and blankets — in Poland
- Pillowcases — in Hungary
- Kites — in China (a rare and unique custom merch item!)
As Overhood manages the whole process, from sourcing to corporate gifting logistic, our client Playrix just needed to receive the packages in their final destination. No logistics headache!
The deadlines were thought as the items needed to be produced and delivered right before the festivals. It only took 1 month from the idea to the final delivery! And we managed to do everything just on time.
Fun fact: felt organizers were added to the order at the very last minute. We managed to find the perfect item, create the design, and place an order in production in one day only!
Overhood team produced more than 2000 branded promotional items for Playrix fests in total. The team was happy with the design, the production, and logistics, and we continue our work together 💚
