Playrix is one of the top 3 mobile gaming companies in the world known for its free-to-play mobile games. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Playrix supports remote work – that’s why many employees work from Cyprus and Armenia.
Playrix team contacted us to create memorable items for their corporate fests in Dublin, Limassol, and Yerevan. Together we brainstormed merch ideas that will be creative, yet useful and practical.
The final list of items included:

Each item was branded either with logos or the company's mascot, and for the lanyards and towels our design team created new prints!
Fun fact: the towels had a zipper so they could be easily packed into a small bag. We created a pattern that was seen both packed and unpacked. That solution made the item even more branded than in its first version.

The key challenge of this case was handling production and delivery in many different countries simultaneously. For example, silicone keychains were produced in the UK; towels, raincoats, and umbrellas – in the Netherlands, felt organizers and blankets – in Poland, and pillow cases – in Hungary. Kites, as these are very rare merch items, were ordered and branded in China.
As Overhood manages the whole process, our client Playrix just needed to receive the packages in their final destination. No logistics headache!

The deadlines were thought as the items needed to be produced and delivered right before the festivals. It only took 1 month from the idea to the final delivery! And we managed to do everything just on time.
Fun fact: felt organizers were added to the order at the very last minute. We managed to find the perfect item, create the design, and place an order in production in one day only!
Overhood team produced more than 2000 items for Playrix fests in total. The team was happy with both the design, production, and logistics, and we continue our work together 💚
