Turning a Brand’s Idea into a Striking Symbol: The Duck That Stood Out

Adsterra, a global advertising network known for bold ideas, approached us with a challenge: create a memorable giveaway for iCon Cyprus. Their vision? A completely custom rubber duck that would reflect both their brand and the spirit of the event.

The journey started with Adsterra’s graphic design created by the client's brand marketing team — vibrant red and white tones, a heart-shaped logo, detailed wings, and a golden laurel wreath inspired by Cyprus. 
We brought their artwork to life in 3D, working closely with our production partner. Every detail was carefully shaped, from the feathers and painted colors to the shine on the laurel leaves — all perfectly matching Adsterra’s Pantone palette.
Making the duck required real precision: building a seamless metal mold, perfecting the prototype so it would float perfectly in water, and developing custom stencils to ensure that every wreath and logo detail turned out sharp. Even the packaging — a bold red box with classical columns and sea waves — celebrated Adsterra’s brand and the conference’s location.
With the event date approaching fast, we switched to express shipping and handled everything — from customs clearance to delivery — ensuring 500 ducks arrived just in time. As a result Adsterra’s booth stood out, with attendees taking home a fun, beautifully crafted souvenir.
