June, a well-known cafe in Belgrade, approached us with a request for custom merchandise to celebrate their anniversary. The goal was twofold: to create high-quality apparel for staff and exclusive items for sale to visitors – 160 pieces in total.
The challenge? Achieving a premium look and feel while staying within the client’s target price range (and avoid Serbian custom clearance bureaucracy!).
To meet the cafe’s branding and quality standards, we dyed the fabric in a custom blue shade, matching the exact Pantone reference provided by the client. Before final production, we presented multiple fabric samples and small test swatches to ensure the color aligned with expectations.

For the material we chose 200gsm fabric with 92% cotton and 8% lycra, providing both durability and comfort. And for the print method – matte plastisol screen printing on an oil-based base for a bold yet refined look. A pre-production sample was created and approved before launching the full run.
One of the main issues was keeping production costs within the client’s budget while maintaining high-quality standards. We solved this by dyeing the entire fabric roll in the required Pantone shade and using the same material for both T-shirts and long-sleeves. This approach minimized waste and optimized production efficiency without sacrificing the design vision.
As we wanted to avoid extra costs and bureaucracy with a custom clearance, we produced everything locally in Serbia, also ensuring full control over materials and production timelines.
Once production was complete, we handled all logistics, ensuring an on-time, direct delivery to the cafe in Belgrade.
The result? A unique, custom apparel line that not only enhanced the café’s brand identity but also provided a stylish, high-quality merchandise option for their visitors.
