Space307 is a product-based IT company headquartered in Cyprus. Our collaboration with Space307 has been ongoing, with multiple successful projects delivered over time, but some of our favorites are long-sleeves for a New Year corporate event and branded AirPods for partner gifts.
Long-Sleeves for a Corporate New Year Event
Space307 needed high-quality branded long-sleeves for their corporate event in December. The request came just 2.5 weeks before the event, requiring a fast turnaround.
We selected Stanley/Stella long-sleeves, balancing premium quality with a good fit, appropriate fabric weight, and a color that matched the brand. Production took place in Romania, with a total lead time of just two weeks from order confirmation to final delivery.
Client provided its own design featuring an asian-style tiger print, and we adjusted it for optimal printing.
For printing methods we chose two different types:
- DTF (Direct to Film) for the sleeves and front – it's ideal for small details and a sticker-like effect.
- DTG (Direct to Garment) for the back – ensuring breathability on a large surface, creating a paint-like finish.
When done, the items were shipped to our Cyprus office for quality control. Once thoroughly inspected, the final delivery was made to the client just in time for their corporate event.
Branded AirPods for Global Partner Gifts
Simultaneously, Space307 wanted to gift branded AirPods 4 to their 17 key partners across different locations. Yes, that's possible! At Overhood, we brand premium electronics, including Apple, JBL, and more — making them truly valuable and highly anticipated gifts.
For the Space307 request we provided UV printing for branding directly on the AirPods and designed custom-branded sleeves to wrap around the packaging.
The AirPods, as well as the sleeve, were produced in Dubai, Romania, and Cyprus – depending on their final destination.
The distribution presented a logistical challenge, as deliveries spanned multiple countries – from UAE to UK and India. However, we ensured timely delivery by strategically aligning the production location with each final destination.
Despite tight deadlines and multi-location logistics, both projects were successfully executed. Space307 received their branded long-sleeves just in time for their corporate event, and their partners received premium, well-packaged gifts that reinforced the company’s brand presence globally.
